우리의 이야기
Born in a Suburb, Raised on Seoul.
Meet In Seoul started as a craving — for the kind of cafe that feels like a second home, where the coffee is serious and the pastries are even more so.

The Story
A Love Letter to Seoul Cafe Culture
It started with a trip. Our founder, Ji-yeon Park, spent three weeks in Seoul's Insadong and Yeonnam-dong neighborhoods, hopping between tiny cafes that somehow managed to be both achingly cool and deeply cozy at the same time.
She came home to the suburbs and couldn't find anything like it. So she built it. Meet In Seoul opened its doors in 2021 with a single espresso machine, a rented commercial kitchen, and a recipe for dalgona that took 47 attempts to perfect.
Today we're a neighborhood staple — the place where regulars have their own corner, where the baristas know your order, and where every pastry is still made from scratch every single morning.
